Susan Parcels-Eiguren is the Regional General Manager for Access Corporation. She has 25 years of experience in the IT industry and of late has made a significant high-level career change into the Secure Records Information Management field. Susan specializes in Operations and Business Development and overall performance of the Northern California region. Her key focus areas include managing P&L, operational oversight, growth through business development and providing an exceptional customer experience by embracing RIM performance best practices and exceeding customer expectations in every way possible.

Susan holds a MS in Telecommunications from Golden Gate University, and a BS in Corporate Management & Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. She is positive and has a long history of successful experiences (including starting, owning, running and then selling her own business). She wishes to share her experience and help others.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys technology trends and strategies for success by leading through awareness. Outside the professional arena she enjoys exercising with her rescued pets and playing golf. She lives in sunny San Jose, California.
