Richelle Harrelson is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Medical Management Services, a healthcare consulting solutions company based in Pensacola, Florida. With over 26 years of experience in healthcare management and operations, Richelle is a seasoned professional at the top of her game. With expertise in risk management, medical billing and coding, medical practice operations, business and financial strategy, customer service and filing, and information technologies, she offers a compendium of skills and served as a Senior Executive Consultant in addition to her role as Senior VP.
 
After launching her career in the healthcare revenue cycle management arena, Richelle transitioned from working with third party insurance and physician reimbursement involvement to working directly with multispecialty physician offices as an operations management executive. She is a member of the MGMA, ACMPE and AAPC, and holds both CMPE and CPC certifications.
 
Richelle credits her resounding success to the hard work and dedication that allowed her to succeed in a field traditionally administered by men.
