Pat Isaac is CEO of Capital Services, Inc., an organizational firm specializing in employee benefit structuring, human resources, business planning services, mergers and acquisitions support and wellness consulting. With over 30 years of experience in management and communications, Pat drives her team to understand and analyze their clients’ needs, then implement custom tailored solutions backed by research, metrics, and a commitment to ROI. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from Towson University, Pat went on to launch her career in the insurance industry at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America handling complex insurance needs for large corporate clients throughout the world. She holds designations in Self-Funding and as an Advanced Chartered Benefit Consultant. Prior to owning Capital Services in 2012, Pat spent 12 years serving in an Executive role for a regional insurance brokerage firm.

Widely recognized for her work, Pat was named Enterprising Woman of the Year in 2017 and received a Bravo Award in 2016 and her organization won many awards for their leadership and growth. She is passionate about empowering women to achieve their dreams; and has mentored several young professional women who went on to become executives and leaders in their professions. She is leading the initiative of helping women gain leadership roles throughout our country.
 
Residing in Maryland, Pat speaks fluent English, Italian and Spanish. In addition to being inducted as a lifetime member in the ISFP, she is a member of the CEO Club of Maryland, National Association of Health Underwriters, National Association of Professional Women, SHRM and the Women’s Presidents Organization.
