Since 1996, Mireya Arroyave have been the owner and general manager of Crea Generación, S.A., an outsourcing powerhouse of Latin America. With a network of skilled employees across Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Honduras, Mireya specializes in staffing special events, pre-event coordination, and other business development growth for international companies moving into the area. She is a skilled entrepreneur, and has expertise in branding, graphic design, hospitality and leadership.
 
With a degree in Graphic Design from the Universidad Rafael Landívar, Mireya also is the General Manager of Mireya Arroyave Fotografía, a photography firm that offers both artistic and publicity photo services. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and has experience in publishing, editing, and media.
