Monica Aris is the Human Resources Manager for Laguna Resources. She has over 25 years of professional experience and 10 years of experience in HR Management.  Her average day consist of recruitment, staffing performance management, organizational development and overseeing the staff.

Monica’s expertise is management, human resources and consulting.  She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Pacifico and her Master’s in Talent Management from the University of San Sebastian.

In the next few years Monica plans to continue and grow in her field.  The keys to her success have been hard work and dedication.  She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
