Javaneh Shayesteh is Global Sales Support Manager for Ericsson, a global leader in information technology and systems services. With over 21 years of experience in ITC, Javenah is tasked with overseeing global sales performance and leading the sales team in driving digital and commercial services. She is highly seasoned in telecommunications and information technology, and has a combined experience in sales and pre-sales, project management, process management and strategic development.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University, Javeneh went on to complete a Master of Business Administration from Luleå University of Technology. Prior to joining Ericsson as Solution Manager and Experience Solution Architect in 2007, she was Senior Solution integrator and Solution Architect, Middle East and North Africa region for Huawei Technologies Lanka Co., (Pvt) Ltd.
 
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Javaneh speaks English, Persian, Swedish and Turkish. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys reading and movies. She credits her success to being a strong multi-tasker, dedicated in following her goals, and an outside-the-box problem solver.
