Ivette De Jacobis is the Founder and CEO of Call Center of Mexico, a leader in the field of customer service and considered one of the 10 centers of Mexico’s leading company contact.
Throughout her career and personal journey, Ivette was always interested in studying the different theories and practices of leadership and growth, and synthesizing them into simple and practical tools used to improve one’s emotional wellbeing in the interest of maintaining a constructive culture in business. This has now become Ivette’s passion, and has led her to research, develop and create new strategies that bring about transformation and continued reinvention in herself, her family and her team.
Ivette has a Degree in Business Administration from the Anahuac University and a Diploma in Senior Management from ITESM, in addition to one in Positive Psychology from the Universidad Iberoamericana. Additionally, she studied Positive Leadership at the University of Michigan and has a certificate granted by the Collaborative Practice Group Champs Elysees.
Ivette resides in Santiago, Oxipaco, Mexico, and is fluent in English and Spanish. When not engaged with work, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family.
