The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Deidre Bridge

Deidre Bridge is Risk Manager at the Bank of New Zealand. Having many years experience in the field, she never wanted to have a front line sales role within banking so she looked into operations and started in quality assurance, and works in risk management. She loves the flexibility and is highly skilled at the numerous aspects of the role.
She says personal development training has helped her along the way, and is proud of a major Business Continuity Plan she spearheaded, during the merge of two bank systems in New Zealand. Deidre was heavily involved with the planning for an area of the business, and remains motivated to her goals of progression to more senior roles in the Banking Industry.

Deidre has extensive experience in community service roles  in vital positions in the wider community. She was the recipient of the Melvin Jones Fellow, a Lion’s Club Award, for her work within the community in 2014.

In the next few years she would like to have more speaking engagements. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member. In her spare time she enjoys travel, scrapbooking, and reading.

International Society of Female Professionals Member, Deidre Bridge, can be found on the Association Directory, where she is looking forward to networking with you.
