Beatriz Vilchez Silva is the Founder and CEO of Agence La Colmena, a strategy and communication agency helping executives, organizations and start-ups navigate, communicate and grasp opportunities in a constantly changing environment by assembling project-specific teams that produce tailor-made solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the market research and communication sector and a prolific international background, Beatriz is perfectly poised to stand at the helm of Agence La Colmena.
After earning her graduate degree in Political Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Beatriz went on to complete her Master’s in International Relationships and Communication, also at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Before opening Agence La Colmena in 2015, Beatriz garnered invaluable expertise working in Madrid, Paris and Brussels for powerful brands and multinational companies and institutions, including The European Commission, The Coca-Cola Company, and Enel, amongst others. Beatriz believes firmly that a strong female community is imperative to asserting a woman’s voice in industry, and hopes to network with likeminded female professionals.
Beatriz resides in Brussels, Belgium, and is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian. In her spare time, she is a lover of music and a DJ, as well as a proud mother and stepmother.
