In addition to running A+Works, Anna serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona, where she is on a tenure-track design-build faculty for the Drachman Design-Build Coalition in the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture. Passionate about teaching, she is inspired by collaborative projects and demonstrates excellent communication skills not always apparent in one with her design prowess.

She is licensed by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and registered as an Architect in the State of Washington, she was recipient of a Fulbright and her research received an EDRA CORE award.
