The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Yassira Cruz

Yassira Cruz is the Associate Director of Marketing Operations at MSD CAS where she spearheads all sales for the company in her region. Prior to this, Yassira worked in accounting. She is known for her expertise in marketing and sales and her dynamic leadership skills.

An experienced Marketing Operations Assoc. Director of 9 years, she has demonstrated working history in different areas in the pharmaceutical industry. Skilled in marketing, business, support, events, promotional materials, samples, internal control, corporate audits, and finance, she has excellent interpersonal skills. It is these skills that have led her to successfully lead different accountings systems and implementation projects in the finance area, and to create and implement local processes in marketing operations to ensure internal controls.

Yassira holds her Master of the Arts in Strategic Management from the Universidad Catolica Santa Maria La Antigua, which she obtained in 2003. Moving forward, she would like to continue to work towards obtaining a corporate position and to eventually start her own business.
