Toral Gathani is Manager at Bernstein Rosen & Company, PC, where she has been for nearly a decade. A highly skilled Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant, she specializes in corporate taxation for small- to medium-sized businesses, as well as individual taxation. She also prepares and maintains monthly management reports, budgets and cash flow analysis, audited financial statements, reviews and compilation engagements.
 
Toral graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Auditing from Mumbai University in India, and went on to complete a Master of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University. She is a Chartered Accountant in India and an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2012. Additionally, she is a member of AICPA and NYSCPA. Prior to joining Bernstein Rosen & Company, PC she worked in India with a mid-size Chartered Accounting Firm as a tax manager for 8 years
 
Today, Toral is based out of New York City. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.
