Tina Kadish is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of corporate experience in training and talent acquisition. As Owner of Life is Ideal, she offers extensive business and life coaching services. She offers her valuable personal experience having transitioned from corporate to entrepreneurship, and specializes in coaching others.

When her job as a progressive training development and acquisition and talent professional was eliminated, she, like many others in corporate America, felt uncertain about her future. She embarked on a journey to discover not only what career she wanted, but where her passion was. She has never looked back and is eager to help others.
