Based in the Greater Seattle Area and demonstrating over 40 years of professional experience, Terry Palmer is a Notary Public, Certified Signing Agent, and Mobile Notary with her own business, Palmer’s Mobile Notary. She is a Notary Public, Certified Signing Agent, Mobile Notary, and R.O.N.

She is thrilled that she has the opportunity to travel to clients in her vehicle equipped with a printer and scanner. This brings convenience to her customers, and to her as a business owner. Terry notarizes Loan Docs, Reverse Mortgage, Wills, Living Trust, and more. Currently, Terry serves Snohomish County and parts of Island and King County, and with enough notice, can be in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.

She attended Real Estate School earning her N.N.A. Signing Agent Essentials and R.O.N. What she enjoys about her work is helping people out and the scenery she gets to see on her signings. What she enjoys most is the time it allows her to spend with her family.
