The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Stacie Hudson


 
After 21.5 years of service to the United States Army, Stacie Hudson transitioned into the private sector. She’s served as a Suicide Prevention Consultant for Accenture, HR Business Partner for Spectrum and currently serves with Bank of America as a Global Risk Analysis Manager.
 
Stacie partners and collaborates with the Global Risk Management and Global Risk Analysis teams to oversee the organization’s comprehensive risk and analytics business practices for building quantitative and qualitative functional models, framework and analysis addressing Forecasting, Economic Scenarios, Global Markets, Capital, Aggressive Scorecards, Compliance and Portfolio Management to effectively support and manage risk and capital across Bank of America. In this regard, she is passionate about assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security or financial success of the organization.
 
Over the course of her career, Stacie has served as a Human Resources Officer, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Technical Instructor/Writer, HR Project Manager, and HR Process Design Manager. She’s passionate about diversity and inclusion, and is known as a people leader who influences and guides the overall health of organizations. Stacie holds both an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resource Management degrees from Webster University, St Louis, MO and looks forward to continuing to grow in her career. She credits her success to understanding that “people are the business.” In doing so, Stacie continues her passion of cultivating people under her business “S A Hudson Coaching and Consulting, LLC.”
