Schlaine Hutchins (she/hers) is a mentor and life coach for women in technology, specialized in the field of cyber security. She works with women seeking career guidance, either within the IT and technical fields, or with those considering making a translation into tech.
 
Known as the “Queen of Cybersecurity,” Schlaine proves that it’s possible to remain grounded at the top: loving, visible and compassionate, she helps people navigate obstacles, plan their next steps, or just offers support and advocacy around goals. She is always ready to listen and to get to the root of WHY we do what we do.
 
Schlaine has a demonstrated track record of asking the right questions, rising to the occasion and offering solutions that are both innovative and tempered with logic. She helps clients translate the skills they already have into career transitions in the technical sector, level up and target their training to maximize returns, and rediscover the spark and confidence to go out and realize their dreams.
