Sarissa Farman is CEO of Dot Cubed, Inc. Sarissa firmly believes communication is a key tool for leadership, and that group management and employee contribution creates a powerful workforce. With these tools in her toolbelt, she is able to accomplish goals and projects.

She strives to create opportunities for all minorities, and says when pooling talent and building people as a resource, you create an entity a single individual is not capable of alone. Therefore, it is not the title or position to hold, but the skills and insight you allow others to foster with your support. This is her wish for all.
