The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Sandra Richter

With over 10 years of professional experience, Sandra Richter is the Director of the Digital Sales Division at Ergo Technologie and Services SA where she is known for her dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in IT and Engagement, for which she was recently recognized by Ergo.

Holding a Master’s degree in Engineering from TH Wildau and being leader in IT, she strives to change the IT Management World to become a much more diverse field.  She has a passion for digitalization, and offers over 10 years of experience in IT project management and leadership in multiple industries.

Prior to her current role, she held management positions with T-Systems International. In her current role, she specializes in lean and agile environments and in the delivery of a large portfolio of web and cloud based Digitization projects like online tarif calculators and dashboards as well as our B2B and B2C websites ergo.de and makler.ergo.de.

In her spare time she enjoys people, travel, and being part of her community. She also enjoys dancing and serves as Treasurer of an Irish Culture and Language Club, “Conradh na Gaeilge.”
