Sally has mentored over 30 professionals whose careers have progressed rapidly as a result: identifying their skills and maximising on their abilities for the benefit of both employee and company.

Earlier in her career she was in Corporate Sales, both as a Strategic Account Manager into the financial sector and later managing a Sales Team working closely with the Metropolitan Police and MOD as Head of Business Development responsible for providing and supporting their mobile communications.

Sally and her husband have four children – three boys and a girl and are all passionate about motorsport. Two of the boys are in their late 20’s with one working in hospitality and the other in marketing.  Their two younger children are in their teens and enjoying their education.

In the future Sally is working towards establishing herself as an independent consultant providing services to organisations that require guidance on Service Transformation, building and motivating teams, defining service strategies, crisis management and everything in between!  These service offerings will be both bespoke, but she plans to also offer ‘packages’ such as globalising service offerings, developing underperforming teams and more!  She is in the process of setting up a Blog with Tips & Tricks and short articles such as how to ‘Turn a customer into a fan.’ She is excited about her latest endeavor and is looking forward to networking with like-minded professionals.
