Roya Mozaffarian is a professor and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in site management, design management, and project management. She is a seasoned leader who excels at guiding challenging projects to completion with high standards, a commitment to safety protocols, and within budget and schedule. As an entrepreneur, Roya oversees the growth and project management of the client’s construction projects. She is a self-driven professional who enjoys helping companies with their weaknesses and difficulties. She is also highly skilled in the project management aspects of the construction industry. Furthermore, she uses her analytical skills to identify the right opportunities and manageable endeavors for the company to encourage optimum growth, development, and success.
 
Additionally, for the past 2 years, Roya has taught at different colleges in Construction Management programs. She enjoys dealing with different students from different cultures and backgrounds and is interested in sharing her work and life experiences with them.
 
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Florida, Roya went on to complete a Master of Science in Building Construction from the same University. She is committed to professional growth and development and holds additional graduate certifications in Project Management and Human Resources Management.
 
Roya credits her success to being proactive and detail-oriented, holding herself and her teams accountable, and building strong and lasting client relationships. She is a proud Persian professional woman who believes in Women, Life, Freedom, and the biggest women’s revolution in history.
