The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Rita Soeze

 
After beginning her career in Africa in inflight catering as an HR Administrative Clerk, Rita Soeze now works with Newrest Canada as a Commercial Director. Her career started back in Africa at age 25 in inflight catering as an HR Administrative Clerk 16 years ago. Today, she works with Newrest Canada as a commercial director though her education background was in Marketing. Her current position as Commercial Director is focusing on Remote business development.
 
She loves reading and get infatuated with exploring grey areas. She is known to be ever cheerful, taking up new challenges, and believes in growing young leaders by transferring knowledge.
 
After her role in sales with ASL Airlines Services Ltd (EPZE), she played a prominent role in the start-up operations of a huge contract with one of the largest airlines in middle east back then leading the sales team. She was offered a Sales Manager role with First Catering Ltd. Ghana in 2007, hence moved to Ghana, where she lived and worked for over 11 years in various cross- functional leadership positions within the industry. Her last responsibility was Operations and Sales Director before she was transferred to Canada in 2018 as the Inflight Commercial Director.
 
All through the years of her career and still counting, she gained personal and professional experiences serve as a valuable source of support or encouragement to others and she is eager to give back. A life-student; she feels there is so much more that she is yet to know and is grateful for the opportunity to learn from other amazing women.
 
She credits her success to her anchor, grounded in her faith in God, and the principles she learns from the Bible daily helps her react appropriately to challenges in every aspect of life.
