The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Rikki Ricker


 

Rikki Ricker is currently the Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern Nevada. With a background of 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, her professional skills include business analysis, operations, contract negotiations, grant-writing, and fundraising. In her executive roles, she has led multi-million dollar health and human service organizations based in Reno. She has been recognized for her professional achievements and was named as one of the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network 20 Under 40 Awardees in 2017.

Rikki has continued to build upon her bachelor’s degree by attending local and national workshops for non-profit executives, as well as working towards completing an MBA at Purdue Global University by summer 2022. As an active volunteer in the community, she has been the Chair of The Chamber’s Ambassador program, president of Soroptimist International of Truckee Meadows, and a member of the Nevada State PTA Board.

Passionate about her work, Rikki credits her success to dedication, drive and perseverance. She looks forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.
