The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Preeti D’mello, MSc, PCC

 
Preeti D’mello is Vice President and Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and LeaD Academy for Tata Consultancy Services, a global IT services, and consultancy company comprised of over 600,000 staff across 49 countries.
 
In her role, she devises lasting and impactful strategies and spearheads large-scale global leadership and coaching programs that deliver high-value business outcomes. She has inspired the motto “Inclusion without Exception” and created a culture that upholds multicultural values and behaviors. In addition to her work with Tata, Preeti is on the board of the International Coaching Federation and is the Chairperson of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Global Board for Coaching in Organizations.  She also serves as Chairperson of the Diversity Inclusion Working Group on Gender Parity for the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
 
Preeti is a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western University. Additionally, Preeti completed the Adult Development and Positive Psychology, and Science of Coaching Psychology programs at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is a Professional Certified Coach by the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Past Life Therapist of the Brian Weiss Institute, and an Advanced
 
Practitioner of the Polarity Approach for Continuity Transformation. A trained associate with the Process Work Institute Preeti is currently working toward completing a PhD in Wisdom Studies from Ubiquity University.
 
Based out of Princeton, New Jersey, Preeti credits her success to learning from her teachers and mentors and her spiritual mindset. She believes in authenticity, mindful reflection & action along with perseverance and upholds the everyday paradoxes of life as avenues of growth.
