Pauline Goff is the Owner of Fresh Eyes Proofreaders, www.fresheyesproofreaders.com, which she founded after a long career in human resources at a large shipbuilding corporation in Mississippi.  In her corporate role she specialized in talent acquisition and served as an HR business partner to multiple organizations within the corporation.  In her role as Talent Acquisition Manager, she and her staff worked to ensure the corporation met its ambitious hiring demand year after year, most years hiring and onboarding more than 3,000 new employees.  Having specialized in this role she is uniquely positioned to assist with the development or revamp of professional resumes, curriculum vitae, cover letters and interview preparation.
 
Fresh Eyes Proofreaders is a freelance service that provides a fresh set of eyes to written work before it is published. Pauline and her team realize that proofreading is a critical piece of the editing process so it is their mission to ensure the original literary piece is delivered with quality workmanship while maintaining the writer’s unique voice and style.
