The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Pamela Jones Moore

Pamela Jones Moore is Owner and Leadership Co-Pilot for Compasshr. She is an Everything DISC Authorized Partner, a Certified Hogan Consultant, and sought-after facilitator. Compasshr helps clients find solutions to increase employee engagement, productivity and development. They offer a base of experience that crosses many industries and all levels of organizations.

Prior to Compasshr, Pamela was Human Resource Manager for Ecos Consulting, a Financial Processing Supervisor, and an Accounting and Human Resource Manager. Seventeen years ago, she decided to follow her own compass and start Compasshr.Pamela is Past President of her local chapter of ATD (Association for Talent Development) and spent eight years on the Board of Directors. She has been Programming Chair for her local chapter of ODN (Organizational Development Network) and has spoken at many industry-related conferences. In her spare time she enjoys travel, reading, and giving back to her community.
