Pam Grover is President of Utility Construction Inspection LLC (UCI), a Pacific Northwest company located in Post Falls, Idaho. Passionate about her work, the firm is certified woman-owned and is proud to be comprised of top-quality employees who have over 80 years of experience in utilities and industrial electrics.
 
Highly skilled in food service operations, food and beverage, management, hospitality management and customer service, Pam also a seasoned entrepreneur. She holds an associates degree in Liberal Arts from Central Oregon Community College and went on to complete certification in Event Management from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh-Online Division.
 
Pam is proud to have built her company on not only providing a high standard of service to customers, but of care and consideration for employees. The firm provides wage and benefits packages in-line with IBEW, offers a comprehensive Health and Safety Program, is veteran friendly, and hires individuals that have retired from utility industry to provide a top-notch inspection and construction management team. She and her team are licensed to do work in multiple states, and she credits her success to dedication, drive and perseverance.
