The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Olivia Corsello

Olivia Corsello is a Service-Disabled Veteran and the Owner of Sweetgrass HR Solutions, https://sweetgrasshrs.com. She specializes in grant writing, business startups, composing company handbooks and contracts. Olivia takes pride in her commitment to building an encouraging and supportive relationship with her clients.

Also a Business Manager of TLD Construction, she resides in Summerville, SC. Olivia served in the United States Coast Guard for five years in upstate New York, then started her administrative career while enlisted. She realized her passion for organizational work. Because of her military background, she soon realized how regimental administrative services could be which she loved.

When her time in the military was up, Olivia held various administrative assistant positions and worked her way up to office manager roles. While performing office management, Olivia started learning more about human resource services and developed a desire to help others. She completed an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and later went on to receive an additional Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management.

A member of SHRM (Society of HR Management) and a lifetime member of ISFP (International Society of Female Professionals), she is dedicated to helping others start their own businesses and to assisting existing companies with business organization so they can concentrate more on what they do best, generate revenue.
