The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Noreen Camelo


 

Noreen Camelo has over 22 years of IT experience in Life Sciences and Financial Services Industries. She is high energy IT leader known for developing successful, trusted partnerships that align IT and business strategies, resulting in innovative technology solutions that enable long term sustainable growth.  She is skilled at developing multiyear Product Roadmaps that drive company strategy and enable the business to meet their goals.  Noreen has particular strength in building high performing, collaborative teams; sought after coach to team and peers.

As VP IT Product and Relationship Management at Parexel, she manages a team of 6 product managers and supports all of the SG&A functions. She develops strategy, identifies technology solutions, and oversees budgeting, business case development, program management, and funding.

Having always been interested in technology, Noreen started in management information systems and generalized in management. She started out as an analyst and loves figuring out innovative solutions to problems. She also has a background in nursing in the oncology sector and found that in the Life Sciences industry she could combine her IT and clinical backgrounds.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bentley University and received an associate’s degree in Nursing.  In addition to the ISFP, she is a member of PMP and volunteers with Girls Inc and the Samaritans. Looking ahead, Noreen sees herself continuing to grow in the life science industry; she credits her success to continuous learning and having strong interpersonal skills.
