Natalie A. Forchuk is an entrepreneur and wellness professional based in North Vancouver, Canada. As CEO and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) at Ripple Functional Wellness Inc, she works closely with clients to regain or develop mobility, improve to optimal health and ease in their everyday lives, without the need for prescriptive medicines. If prescriptive medicines are required, Natalie works closely with the health professional to provide complementary functional medicine therapies. Grounded in Natalie’s own journey to health and recovery through functional medicine, the studio offers a full functional lifestyle health coaching practice, and customized health and wellness solutions, worldwide.
Additionally, Natalie serves as Principal Owner of The Private Pilates Studio Ltd, a boutique reformer, chair and mat Pilates studio where Natalie helps clients to increase their overall wellness, flexibility and strength. The studio also offers specialized services in pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as working with professional athletes, to take their competitive edge and endurance to the next level. She and her team have helped ironmen and women, professional figure skaters, mountain bikers and more.
Natalie is certified by the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, the gold standard in health coaching certifications and the only program designed and delivered in collaboration with The Institute for Functional Medicine. She is also certified in Nutrition Coaching and Human Nutrition by Precision Nutrition and trained in teaching Intermediate to Advanced Reformer and Mat Pilates by Corebody Teacher Training.
