Naomi Uy is Business Consultant and Founder at Naomi Uy Consulting, a firm that provides services in Business Operations, Process Optimization, Workshop Facilitation, and DEI Programs. A highly sought-after advisor on strategy and leadership, she is skilled in process improvements, workshop facilitation, and program advocacy. She is known for her master workshop facilitation skills, and has a demonstrated track record in the application of LEAN/Six Sigma, design thinking, customer journey mapping, business analysis, and continuous improvement methodology for digital and business transformation projects
 
A pillar of her community, Naomi has been recognized throughout her career as Provincial Winner of the Ontario Association of CCACs Individual Staff Award of Excellence (2015), and the Central West CCAC C.E.O. Employee of the Year Award (2015). She was recently nominated for the ‘Choose to Challenge’ International Women’s Day Leadership Award (2021), and the ‘She Inspires’ International Women’s Day Leadership Award (2020).
 
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto, Naomi went on to complete a Certificate in Business Analysis from Sheridan College. She also holds a Certificate in Quality Improvement from the IDEAS Advanced Learning Program, a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, and most recently completed a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
 
Based out of Mississauga, Ontario, Naomi has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, school health, technology, corporate and entrepreneurship. She credits her success to centering her work on the Five I’s of Business Success: Ideate, Innovate, Include, Implement & Improve.
