Mona Sarghie is a celebrated personal trainer and life coach. As the owner of Head Start Business Solutions Consulting Ltd., she helps clients tackle imbalances and misalignment within the body, mind and spirit.
 
Herself a trauma recovery survivor, Mona is able to provide people with the kind of support that actually helps, because her methods are rooted deeply in empathy and understanding. She has the ability to help others find and focus on the meaning in their lives, and to learn or re-learn to like themselves even amid their flaws and imperfections. Because progress is not about perfection, her work is about finding a way to enjoy every day as we all move forward, with the addition of self-care and some incredibly useful tools and habits to find joy again.
 
Mona’s work intersects the body, mind and spirit, tackling imbalances and misalignment within and respecting where each client finds themselves in their journey, to push through physical or mental blocks and move towards their goals. She credits her success to encouragement, compassion and offering a safe space.
