The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Michelle Randall-Berry


 

Michelle Randall-Berry leads IGT Global Talent Acquisition (GTA),  where she is responsible for the design and execution of global Talent Acquisition strategy.

Michelle is a data driven leader and GTA uses data to measure the global team’s performance, candidate and hiring manager experience and uses talent insights to see how IGT compares against competitors. GTA is committed to fostering consistent and equitable hiring practices reflecting IGT’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Prior to Cabot, she was Head of Global Executive Recruiting for Iron Mountain, a $3+ Billion global storage and information management services company. She also spent 9 years at Fidelity Investments serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Program Management for the Asset Management business.

Michelle currently serves on the Alumni Board of Directors for Anna Maria College. She is a leadership coach with Braven, an organization that empowers promising, underrepresented young people to transition from college to strong first jobs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Anna Maria College, a Master of Science in Management from Lesley University, and is a graduate of Yale School of Management’s Fostering Diversity and Inclusion Program.
