The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Michelle Cardwell

Michelle Cardwell is Director of The Pillars Consultancy Limited, since October 2019. She works with clients that have compliance needs, and conducts AML audits, overhauls policies and procedures, and prepares onsite visits. With expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance, Michelle also has experience in law enforcement, having previously been a police officer.

Michelle earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester in England, class of 2007. In addition to the ISFP, she is an affiliate member of STEP and a member of the Institute of Directors. Looking ahead, she plans to apply to become a chartered director, and looks forward to continuing to grow and develop her business. She credits her success to taking risks, and being able to “get over the hump” of each challenge.
