The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes M. Victoria Reade

 
A serial entrepreneur since 2004, M. Victoria Reade has leveraged her unique clinical and business background as a C-suite leader & Founder of entrepreneurial healthcare and medical technology ventures developing cutting-edge technology solutions in Ophthalmology and Oncology. Throughout her career, she has been a trailblazer in positions and industry sectors where she was frequently the sole female in the leadership team. Since 2018, Victoria has been COO for Vita Imaging, a Silicon Valley medical technology company commercializing a platform technology for skin cancer detection. She is also co-Founder of a start-up developing diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for women’s health. Previously, Victoria was co-Founder & CEO of iontherapeutics, a medtech and regenerative medicine ophthalmology company.
 
Victoria held diverse healthcare leadership positions including: Chief Administrative Officer of College Medical Center; VP of Medical Management for Health Plans; Director of IT Operations at Tenet Healthcare; and Executive Director Managed Care MSO for Scripps Clinic & Green Hospital in Torrey Pines, La Jolla. She was a Senior Consultant in Healthcare/IT for Big 4 and boutique consulting firms.
 
Presently, she is an Advisor & Mentor to entrepreneurs in industry and university Accelerator Programs including: California Life Sciences Institute (CLSI) and Hult Prize. She has more than 25 years of experience in her field and credits her success to hard work, dedication and having a clear vision.
