Lori Dharsan is the Director of Human Resources at Sensors & Software Inc. part of the SPX team, https://www.sensoft.ca/about-us-2/. where she is known for dynamic interpersonal skills and unmatched expertise in the field.

Sensors & Software Inc. is recognized worldwide as an innovative manufacturer of ground penetrating radar (GPR) instrumentation and software. Sensors & Software Inc. was formed in 1988 to commercialize the pulseEKKO® GPR technology, technology initially developed for geological applications during the 1970’s and early 1980’s. Sensors & Software was recently acquired by SPX and is part of a much larger organization.

Lori is well known for her professionalism and experience and credits her success to hard work and perseverance.  Lori’s roles are mostly in medium size companies and enjoys the opportunity to be part of everything in the HR field including, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, HRIS etc.   She loves working with people and believes in treating everyone with respect and trust which has made her a success in her field.
