Lena Reither is a highly successful Head of Payments and SWIFT in the Banking Technology, especially Payments and SWIFT area, and SWIFT Expert. With nearly 30 years of experience in her field, she was one of the founders of the company R&L AG, serving there as Head of Business and Technology Analysis, where she manages analysis, project leadership, information management, process organization and EAI for banks, trade industry and insurances. She is passionate about her work and is highly skilled in overseeing financial technology integration as e.g., payments and SWIFT infrastructure, customer-bank interface, cash management, production implementation, and liquidity and settlement management.
 
The success of R&L AG resulted in acquisition of the company by Be Group, with renaming and rebranding to Be Shaping the Future – Financial Industry Solutions AG.
 
Lena serves as Head of Payments and SWIFT at Be Shaping the Future—Financial Industry Solutions AG. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance, and has a demonstrated commitment to professional growth, learning and development.
