The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Lauren Dwyer


 

Lauren Dwyer is Vice President, Executive Education and CEO Programs for the American Bankers Association (ABA), the banking industry’s strongest voice in Washington, DC.  Lauren’s primary focus is oversight of content development for the ABA Annual Convention, Washington Summit, Summer Leadership Meeting, International Financial Conference and Women’s Leadership Forum.

A graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Human Development & Family Studies, she went on to attain her Masters of Business Administration and Masters of International Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. She also holds her Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and she is a Certified Professional in Management (CPM™), obtained through the American Management Association.

Prior to joining the ABA in 2013, Lauren specialized in industry education and research development at the National Multifamily Housing Council, the International Sign Association, and America’s Community Bankers.

In addition to her extensive experience and education in her professional career, she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance (200 RYT), and a PADI certified diver.
