The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Laura Pionek

 
Laura Pionek currently serves as Vice President of Platform Experience at Olive, an intelligent automation company revolutionizing the healthcare industry. With over 25 years of experience in her field, Laura recently stepped into her current role, after transforming the company’s product division and scaling product offerings by 366% over the course of just 10 months. As VP of Platform Experience, Laura is developing the short- and long-term strategy for the company’s evolution into a platform business model, and she continues to guide the product management team through fast-paced transformational growth and the implementation of cross-functional innovations.
 
Known for her agile and empathic leadership, Laura is skilled at empowering her teams and is known for her clear communicative style. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver, and went on to complete a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining the Olive team, Laura led technology and user experience products at notable corporations including Aetna, Pearson Higher Education, Allstate and Sopris Health, a Techstars Cedar-Sinai Accelerator finalist.
 
Laura is based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She credits her success to passion for her work, leaning in and investing in individual skill and career development.
