Lady Winter Fawn-Cash is a realtor and entrepreneur based in the greater Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri area. As an agent for Gateway Real estate, she works in both residential commercial real estate throughout the world-class destination for travel, vacation and leisure. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and leadership, Winter has resided in Missouri for the past 15 years and possesses an enthusiastic knowledge and appreciation for the area that she imparts to all her clients.
 
Additionally, Winter is a self-employed Cleaning Specialist at Saffron Golden Boat and Home Interior Cleaning. She works with clients in the boating and tourism industry, ensuring their condos, yacht interiors, ski boats and more are spotlessly clean.
 
Winter holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and HR from Strayer University and studied Child Psychology at Ashford University. She is a certified Real Estate Agent, Trained Mentor by Mentor Collective, and Gemologist through the GCA.
 
In addition to her membership in the ISFP, Winter is a member of the Iota Eta Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lamboda Honor Society and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. A pillar of her community, outside of running her many business endeavors, she helps serve food at the local soup kitchen. She credits her success to hard work, communication, taking initiative, and perseverance.
