The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Kathy Cox


 

Kathy Cox offers over 25 years in business leadership.  Her experience is broad, from a multi-billion-dollar financial services company Security Benefit Group, starting her own business Cox and Associates a consulting firm, to CEO of Project ARRIBA, a nonprofit taking people from poverty to high wage jobs. She also held a senior management position with the largest YWCA and is now the Chief Development Officer for El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank (EPFH). EPFH is the third largest food bank in the nation in terms of food distribution with 139.6 million pounds of food distributed along the border in 2021.

Kathy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from William Jewell College with Honors at Oxford University, Oxford England, and her Master of Science from University of North Texas. She cares deeply about the borderland, having worked in fighting homelessness and now hunger.  Her passion is raising funds for worthy causes and helping to change lives for the better.  She has spoken nationally on poverty and homelessness.
