The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Kathleen Herrington


 

Offering over 15 years of experience, Kathleen is a tenured associate and project manager at Stantec. Driven by her collaborative and determined nature, Kathleen plays a pivotal role in many of the office’s major pursuits and active projects. She is skilled in managing complex projects on both a large and small scale. As an experienced project manager, she is known for her ability to create beautiful projects from the ground up. Kathleen has worked on a variety of civic, hospitality, and themed entertainment projects over the years, including several confidential theme park projects, Imagine Clearwater, and Casselberry Art House.

 

Kathleen attention to detail and passion for people drives her to be a huge asset in promoting company culture in the workplace. She is part of Stantec’s Social Group Leaders and runs the Orlando office’s social committee, which includes employee recognition, book club lunches, team building initiatives, and more. She has also managed different company-wide initiatives, including a series of workshops that encouraged creative conversations by building a culture of innovation, imagination, passion, and community.

 

Kathleen’s strengths include project management, client management, business development, and event programming. She is also involved in a variety of professional organizations, including the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) where she serves on the Events Committee. Kathleen recently planned and hosted a TEA event at the Stantec office, which included a night of fun, games, and networking. She recently became a member of the International Society of Female Professionals and looks forward to building lasting relationships with this group of inspiring women.
