Katarina Smart is a hypnotherapist and coach and founder of Human Magic. She is passionate about her work and loves helping people to work through their problems and towards their goals. Katarina offers over 20 years of experience within mid/senior level people management in various business areas. Having recently branched out and started her own business, she is now working as an accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and coach.

Katarina has a great deal of passion for helping and supporting people. She believes there is something very powerful when women empower and lift each other up, and she is excited about being a part of that.

She credits her success to daring in her life and taking a risk to branch out on her own, having perseverance, and knowing what it feels like when life caves in on you and you don’t know where to turn. She also knows what it is like to be unhappy in your own skin, having been on every diet under the sun. She has personal experience with unwanted feelings and outdated habits that can be difficult to shift. She adapts an holistic approach, always incorporating both body and mind as the two should work together.
