A fourth-generation entrepreneur, Karen Russo has built an incredible 28-year career in executive search and human resources by challenging the norm, taking smart risks and really understanding what drives people and teams.

In 1996, Karen launched K. Russo Consulting Inc. with the goal of building a business that would motivate and inspire her employees. Karen understood that this was key to long-lasting, strong teams. Today Karen and her team continue to partner with clients to build teams that last and add value to their existing culture.

In 2007 she launched IIPE, International Executive Research. Today IIPE is known for its proprietary process of rapidly sourcing top talent, hence, accelerating the time to fill” open positions.
