Julie Strivens is Chief Executive Officer of HBC International, a highly accredited coaching and facilitation firm offering workshops, mastermind programming and individualized consulting services in leadership, assessment, goal-setting, and career development. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker, Julie empowers her clients in their professional growth, working with individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve their goals.
 
Coming from a background of more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Julie has a broad range of expertise, having served as Human Resource Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Estimator, Account and Cost Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Vice President of Design, Vice President, and Board Director. Her career has been international in scope, and she has worked with companies in the United States and Asia.
 
Julie has taken part in the Live2Lead Experience, a development workshop and conference featuring John C. Maxwell and other world-class leaders, teaching practical lessons designed to help individuals in all spheres of influence grow to their maximum potential.
