The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Jennifer Baker, MBA


 

Jennifer began her accounting career as a Staff Accountant in 2013.  For the following five years, she rose through the ranks to Senior Staff Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, Assistant Controller, to her current role as Financial Controller.

She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Ohio Dominican University (Division 2/NAIA Collegiate Athlete – Softball), and a Master’s of Business from Lake Erie College. She is a proud first-generation college graduate. She firmly believes that having women at the decision-making table provides a diverse perspective which will lead to better decision making throughout an organization. Jennifer will always stand for equality.

In her current role she excels in financial budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, inventory, as well as month and year end closings. When asked about what she likes about working in Coating Technology/Manufacturing Industry, she says, “Our coatings are not only prevalent in everyday life but are also essential. It is great knowing our industry has a positive impact on society.”
