The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Ingrid Penn Dangleben, PhD


 
Dr. Ingrid Penn Dangleben is an Administrative Assistant in the Baltimore City Schools system. A passionate educator and administrator with over two decades of experience, her expertise primarily lies in special education and paraprofessional support. She provides transition monitoring and serves as the transportation coordinator for the Special Education Department.
 
After earning an associates degree in Computer Applications & Business Management from City College, Ingrid went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Jones College. She completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Florida Metropolitan University. Ingrid now holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Organization from Grand Canyon University. She has published a quantitative correlation study on the relationship between workplace bullying and teachers and is a prolific researcher in the field. She is also a Content Expert at Grand Canyon University where she is working with other learners who are also working in their doctoral journey.
 
Originally from St. Thomas, USVI, Dr. Dangleben is looking to connect with and learn from professionals in various fields such as industrial-organizational psychology, business and information technology. She credits her success to focus, determination, drive, perseverance, a love for learning, and the love and continuous support of her family and friends.
