The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Harriett Eugenia Brandon


 
Harriett Eugenia Brandon is a 4U Mobile Notary and Medicare Plan Consultant based out of the greater Little Rock area of Arkansas. As the owner and operator of 4U Mobile Notary, she provides both onsite and online notary services to clients, on a variety of projects and transactions. As a Medicare Health Benefits Consultant, she helps clients compare and select Medicare health and disability insurance plans, and conducts plan enrollments, to ensure her clients end up with the best options and benefits to fit their needs.
 
Operating under the business philosophy that stresses the importance of supporting and providing the highest quality of healthcare plan consultations to our senior citizens and veterans, those who have served our country. Harriett and her associates strive to meet their current health plan needs in a caring and proficient manner.
 
The owner has served in the civilian capacity as a Federal Government employee, with 20 years as a Human Resources Specialist. She also served as a State Government employee with 7 years as a Human Resource Program Administrator for a HR recruitment department.
 
Harriet proudly served in over 32 years of military service, both in the Army active component and within the United States Army Reserves (USAR) as a Troop Program Uniform (TPU). Her military career profession was Logistics, where she fielded assignments including serving with the Tough Ombre’s of the 90h Sustainment Support Brigade, and became their first black senior enlisted female in the capacity of a Command Sergeant Major (E9). She served under two campaigns: Afghanistan Campaign medal 2016, Iraqi Campaign medal 2008. Additionally, she represented the Army Reserves in the residential capacity at the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA).
 
Harriett holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Training/Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Philander Smith College. In addition to the International Society of Female Professionals, she is affiliated with Women Veterans of America, the American Legion and is a member of the sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha, Incorporate.
