The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Giada Labrecque

Giada Labrecque is the owner and principal of Office Kneads, a massage therapy practice that facilitates corporate wellness both on-site and online. She and her team offer chair massage services to reduce aches, pains, stresses and strains. When working with clients remotely, she empowers them with methods and active release techniques to help care for themselves, promote a more healthful posture, and manage stress.

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck and in-person services were temporarily halted, Giada was able to pivot and still help people to manage and reduce their pain. She authored the book Self-Care Solutions @ Work, a resource guide offering over a hundred tips for simple self-care solutions. She also teaches her methodology and tips in corporate webinars, helping to facilitate and educate on employee wellness and DIY pain management, which helps to reduce sick leave and improve overall employee retention rates.

Originally from Toronto, today Giada is based in Galway, Ireland. In addition to running Office Kneads, she also runs a private practice out of her home, She Kneads, where she provides targeted full-body massage services, complemented with Reiki, reflexology, shiatsu and aromatherapy to women of all ages and stages of life.
