Florence Nkeubeng spearheads the Monitoring of Services at ORANGE France. In this role, she is known for her dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise in operational management, project development, IT and telecommunications.
Her main role however, is being a passionate advocate for her non-profit organization called ISSOA. Their mission is to help African orphans in their studies, Florence and her team are looking for volunteers to help these children succeed.
The aim of ISSOA is to help finance the secondary and university studies of orphans in Africa by an annual distribution of scholarships in orphanages. Priority will be given to orphans living in rural areas.
In addition, this organization aims to contribute to the personal, physical and social development of orphans by organizing various activities such as sports tournaments, study trips, visits to museums and parks etc.
ISSOA also organizes occasional in-kind donation collections which it will redistribute to orphans at special times of the year, among others: the sharing of toys during Christmas, the sharing of school supplies at the start of the school year.
In future years, ISSOA will set up a sponsorship scheme allowing volunteers to financially support one or more orphans in their studies for a well-defined period.
Florence holds her MA in Telecommunications from National Advanced School of Engineering Yaounde, which she received in 2014.
