Flor de María López Cárdenas holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, a Certificate in Design Thinking Methodology from Stanford University, a Diploma in Leadership from Harvard Business School, Diplomas in Senior Management and Sales from the Tec de Monterrey, as well as an Advanced Leadership Program from Evanta Academy.
She is currently IT Director Governance and Compliance for HP Guadalajara. An exceptional businesswoman and great asset to her company, she establishes compliance operational strategies by evaluating trends and establishing critical measurements as well as determining the productions along with the quality. She offers over 20 years of Global Experience in the Technology Market, 20 of which have been with HP.
Flor was named one of the “100 Most Powerful Women in Mexico” in 2017 by Revista Expansion. She is National Vice President of Talent at CANIETI, Member of the Board of Directors for the Large Companies Group at COPARMEX Occidente, Member of the IT specialized section at CANACO Guadalajara and Member of the Executive Council of Codellege.
She is continuously invited to participate as a judge in entrepreneurship programs such as The Hult Prize, Technovation, among others. She is also frequently invited as a speaker on the topics of technology and innovation, and constantly participates as a lecturer promoting the development and inclusion of women in various universities and non-governmental organizations.
